- Shift: Days | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- BLS Certification required
- Telemetry competency required
- Experience managing 6–7 patients
- Urology and bowel surgery experience required
Assignment Highlights
- 44-bed General Surgery unit
- Day shift ratio: 1:6
- Cerner EMR
- Float to other Med-Surg units as needed
- Weekend requirement: 6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks
- Work with a variety of post-op surgical patients, including general surgery, urology, bowel procedures, wound care, telemetry, TPN, tube feedings, drains, and heparin drips
