Must have Scrub experience, will be required to Scrub. Must have First Assist Experience. 966 bed hospital. Must have experience in ortho, ortho spine, abdominal robotics, and plastics. Must be certified. Only accept the NBSTA certification and must reflect the CST-FA certification. 56 bed OR (inpt and outpatient); 5 procedural. Level 1 trauma. Must have a minimum of 2 years OR experience. Patient Population (Diagnoses): transplant, trauma/neuro. All case types: neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant (liver, renal, pancreas), robotic, hybrid rooms (cysto, bronch, and lead extraction), ambulatory ortho, burn, hepatic-biliary. Age Range: adult; no peds. Children's Hosp. OR is separate.
