TRAVEL- RN - Pre-Op (709) - Wesley Medical Center - 5A - 5P
Unit Information: Pre-Op Holding / ASU (709)
Floor:
Number of Beds – 9 Preop beds, 5 Phase 2 recovery beds
Number of Staff – 8 full time RN s (2 of those are open positions), 2 part time RN s, 4 PRN RN s and 1 unit HUC
Type of equipment – Pyxis, Client MACVU EKG machine, Doppler, patient scale, bladder scanner
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 1-year current acute care Pre-Op RN Hospital experience
: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Some preop experience, or ability to help preop staff
Phase 2 recoveries of Urology, GYN and other SDS patients
Pre-op Surgery, Endo, Cath lab, EP, CT patients, outpatient infusions, outpatient EKG s, blocks, blood transfusions
: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
On-call is required and 30 minute response time when on-call.
