Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced Operating Room environment with a 1:1 patient ratio
- Perform scrub and circulator duties across a variety of surgical specialties including Orthopedics, ENT, General Surgery, Robotics, and Urology
- Operate and assist with robotic surgical systems as required by the surgical team
- Fulfill on-call obligations including one weeknight call (7:00 PM–6:30 AM) and every other weekend call (Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 PM–7:00 AM)
- Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience
- Must be able to scrub independently
- Traveler must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Robotic surgical system experience strongly preferred
- Experience across multiple OR specialties including Orthopedics, ENT, General Surgery, and Urology
