RN/ PT ratio- 1:6 or 1:7. 2 years of recent MS/Tele or Tele experience required.AHA BLS & AHA ACLS, NIH required; must also have KY or compact license. Float required within scope of practice; every other weekend required.Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.DISCLOSURE: ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two weeks pay period unless notated otherwise on job order. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc.Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered.
