🔑 Required Experience
Candidates should have experience with:
- Orthopedics & Total Joints
- General Surgery
- Robotics / Da Vinci Robot
- Urology
- Basic Endovascular procedures
- Neuro/Spine experience preferred for call coverage

📞 Call Requirements
- End-of-shift call until 7:00 PM or 9:00 PM, averaging about 1/week
- Friday & Saturday overnight call 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Approximately 1–2 overnight calls every 6 weeks
- Holiday call: PRN
- No Floating
