Experience Requirements
- Previous Epic EMR experience required
- Strong experience circulating surgical cases
- Instrumentation/scrub experience preferred
- Ability to work across multiple surgical specialties

- Instrumenting/scrubbing procedures
- Assisting surgeons and anesthesia providers
- First assisting (when applicable)
- Patient education
- Resource nurse responsibilities

- 70–80 hours of call every 4 weeks
- 30-minute response time required when on call
Additional Notes
- Delivers comprehensive intra-operative nursing care using the nursing process.
- Works collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
- Previous Epic EMR experience is mandatory.
