RN-Dialysis jobs at the facility in Las Cruces, NM let you deliver specialized care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment in a supportive, patient-centered environment. You will assess patient needs, monitor treatment progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective dialysis care.To qualify, you must have an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school and hold a current New Mexico RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. At least 6 months of direct dialysis experience is expected. Charge or leadership experience is preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills are essential.
