Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, Epic proficiency, and NMTCB or ARRT N certification for a general nuclear medicine position.
Details
- General Nuclear Medicine unit in a hospital setting
- Procedures include PET/CT (including Cardiac PET with Rubidium), bone/liver/spleen/lung scans, renal flow, shunt, thyroid studies, tumor localization, SPECT, and myocardial imaging
- Synapse PACS and Cardiology PACS experience preferred
- 5x8 day shifts, Monday through Friday, with shift start times variable between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM
- No call and no weekend requirements
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
- Current BLS and NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification required
- ACLS and ARRT (R) preferred
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required
- License required if applicable
- Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
