Job Description:
Responsible for planning and preparing for surgical procedures and assisting the surgeon during operations. Duties include sterilization of surgical equipment and assembly of scheduled and emergency case carts.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Prepare operating room for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeon during operative procedures
- Sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Assemble scheduled and emergency case carts
- Support perioperative workflow and patient safety
Requirements:
- Must live 100 miles away from facility
- Minimum 3 years OR experience required
- Experience required in ENT, General, GYN, Neuro/Crani/Spine, Ortho, Urology, Vascular, Robotics
- NBSTSA CST certification required
- BLS certification required
- High School Diploma required
- Strong communication skills required
