· Number of Beds : 17 Operating Rooms
· Patient Ratios : N/A
· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Surgery Board Runner
· Type of equipment : Electrosurgical, Neptune suction, Patient positioning devices, etc…
· Documentation system: Meditech
· Scheduling requirements: 7a-3p or 7a-5p
· Floating policy: N/A
· Patient Experience requirements:
Hospital Specifics-
· Certifications: CST National certificate required; BLS
Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set: Previous experience circulating in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures. Neurosurgical and Gen/Robotic experience preferred, but not required.
Must have:
Critical thinking and customer service skills.
Advanced skills needed:
Procedures performed on unit: Total joints, spine fusions, neurosurgical procedures including craniotomies, robotic procedures, general surgical procedures, urology, cardiovascular procedures including open heart.
Certifications Required: BLS, TN nursing license
Dress Code: (Required uniform)
