This facility operates with fewer than 200 beds and maintains no trauma designation, providing comprehensive urological services in both clinic and surgical settings. The institution focuses on delivering quality patient care with appropriate staffing levels and established protocols to support urological procedures. The facility offers modern equipment and administrative resources to ensure effective patient management across inpatient and operating room environments.

The urologist will provide comprehensive full scope urological services covering 10-12 days per month with combined clinic and operating room responsibilities. The clinician will manage day shift operations with 24-hour call coverage for emergency consultations and surgical interventions. The position requires board certification in Urology and includes both inpatient rounding and operating room procedures. Credentialing timeframe ranges from 30-60 days with Washington license or IMLC eligibility accepted.
