Additional Providers/Support Staff: Multiple other Anesthesiologist & CRNAs providing coverage.

Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 60+ days from time application is submitted
Start Date: ASAC
Duration: 2-3 months, with option to extend
Shift: Monday - Friday schedule, 4 x 10's (7am-5:30pm). Day off will vary.

Pay Structure: Preset
Notes: Covid Vaccination Preferred – will consider waivers

Required exp: General, Spine, Neuro, Orthopedics, Gyn, GI, Urology, no Trauma. Healthy Pediatric Patients but no higher acuity patients as those are either transferred out or handled by Pediatric Anesthesiologist onsite. No OB.
