About Us
Flagstaff Surgical Associates is a multi-specialty medical group with 32 physicians and advanced practice providers. We proudly serve our community by offering comprehensive care in Urology, General Surgery/Trauma, Ear, Nose & Throat (including Allergy & Audiology) and Gastroenterology.
Position Overview
Our Urology Physician Assistants (PAs) play a key role in supporting our physicians and patients across all aspects of urologic care.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Patient Care: Manage a wide range of urologic conditions including urinary tract infections, incontinence, prostatitis, interstitial cystitis, BPH, kidney stones, erectile dysfunction, infertility, and urinary tract cancers.
- Diagnostics: Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and X-rays.
- Treatment: Perform physical exams, develop differential diagnoses, prescribe medications, administer injections, and create comprehensive care plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and clinical staff in patient evaluations, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
- Continuity of Care: Monitor post-operative recovery and support patients through ongoing treatment and rehabilitation.
- Preventive Care: Educate patients on wellness and preventive strategies to support lifelong urologic health.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000-$115,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Job Details
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
Work Location: In-person – Flagstaff, AZ
Qualifications
- Required: Ability to commute or relocate to Flagstaff, AZ before start date
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience with EMR systems
- License: Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
