About Us
Founded in 2008, AUUA offers state-of-the-art care for a wide variety of urologic conditions, including advanced cancer therapies, robotic-assisted surgeries, and specialized treatments for complex problems such as vaginal prolapse and prostate cancer. Our group of 9 urologists, 4 urogynecologists, and experienced advanced practice providers collaborate to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
The Opportunity
As a full-time Urologist, you will:
- Conduct medical evaluations, diagnose urologic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.?
- Perform office procedures and surgeries, including advanced minimally invasive and robotic techniques.?
- Manage post-operative and follow-up care, ensuring continuity and quality outcomes for patients.
- Rotate call duties (7-day segments) with colleagues and provide care at one of 12 locations across the Valley and affiliated hospitals.
Participate in collaborative care with robust support from experienced clinical teams.
Areas of Expertise
Our team excels in:
- Advanced treatments for prostate, kidney & bladder cancer
- Robotic-assisted surgery, Aquablation, and laser lithotripsy
- Management of BPH, kidney stones, incontinence, sexual dysfunction, and more
Compensation & Benefits
- Highly competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
- Sign-on and relocation bonuses
- 6 weeks PTO plus 1 week CME and $3,000 allowance
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Malpractice coverage
- 401k with employer match
- Paid licensing and credentialing fees
Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited institution, board certified or board eligible in Urology
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians; AMG or IMG welcome?
- Advanced surgical and diagnostic skills preferred, including robotic surgery experience
