PCU RNShift: Nights | 3x12s (19:00–07:30)Unit: PCU | 30 beds | Avg Daily Census: 24–30 | Ratio: 1:6Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeksRequirements:• Minimum 2 years experience• BLS required• First-time travelers accepted• CRRT preferredSkills Required:• Rapid Response Team participation• IV insulin protocols• Feeding tube care & management• Pre/Post hemodialysis & renal failure care• Blood product administration• Central line, PICC, & peripheral line management• IV starts• CVA, neuro, spinal cord injury, TBI, ortho trauma care• CPAP/BiPAP, oxygen therapy, non-invasive airway management• Tracheostomy care• Isolation precautions• Wound care/Wound VACAssignment Details:• Minimum 8 weekend shifts per 6 weeks• Holidays if on scheduled days• Floating may be required between units/departments/facilities• No block scheduling• Radius: Must live 75+ miles from facility• RTO: Max 7 daysCharting & Scrubs:• EPIC• Navy blue
