Travel RN – Med/Surg (Iowa Methodist Medical Center & Affiliates)Unit Details:Beds: 22Patient Population: General Med/Surg, including Renal, Transplant, and UrologyRatios: 1:5–6Scrubs: Navy BlueFloat Requirement: Across all campuses (Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran, Iowa Methodist)Schedule & Orientation:NBO: 16 hoursEMR: EPICPay & Billable OT:OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplierCall Back: 1.5x multiplier (2-hour minimum)OT billable after 40 hrs/week (36–40 schedule) or after 48 hrs/week (48-hr schedule)Local Radius Rule:50 miles; 10% reduction to bill rate for local candidates
