Dialysis RN - Spokane, WA
The position focuses on managing renal patients with conditions like AKI, ESRD, electrolyte imbalances, and critically ill ICU patients requiring intermittent dialysis. The RN must be able to independently perform hemodialysis, manage access points, monitor hemodynamics, and troubleshoot equipment. The role includes floating as needed, shared on-call responsibilities, and a consistent 0700 start time. Experience with TABLO machines and Epic EMR is preferred.
Must-Haves:
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience (majority inpatient required)
- 5+ years experience if first-time traveler
- Acute inpatient dialysis experience
- Independent hemodialysis treatment management
- Experience with AV fistulas, grafts, and dialysis catheters
- Ability to manage anticoagulation and fluid removal
- Hemodynamic monitoring and dialysis troubleshooting skills
