WA ORT LICENSE active on submission
UNIT: OR - must have peds and neuro exp. Craniotomy experience required for night shift.
Certs Required: BLS.
Experience Required: 1 year. Neuro, Ortho, Trauma. Adult experience required. Pediatric and robotics experience preferred.
Floating: only within operating rooms.
Patient Types: Adult and pediatric surgical patients
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Level II trauma center.
Beds: 20 OR Rooms
4 CVOR
1 hybrid Endo/Vascular
12 Main General: General, Neuro, Ortho, Peds, ENT, trauma, Urology
3 Outpatient: Women, Minor ortho
2 Outpatient Peds: ENT and Dental
MUST HAVE NBSTSA and WA ORT LICENSE
