We are known for innovation, including the development of one of the largest private-practice transplant programs in the United States, with nationally leading rates of preemptive transplantation. We are currently hiring for both growth and expansion into newer markets in the Nashville suburbs.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Internal Medicine/Nephrology
• Transplant and critical care trained nephrologists considered
• US Citizens and green card holders welcome
• Experienced candidates and recent grads welcome
• Able to start practice in 2026 or 2027
• No visa candidates or Pathway E accepted
