Float Pool Summary

Float Pool Nurses serve Med Surg/Post Surgical, Neuro Med Surg Tele, Renal Med Surg Tele, Tele, IMC, ICU and ED units as long as the nurse has experience in those areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing required
• 2+ years of Acute Care LPN experience strongly preferred.
• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Valid LPN license in the State of Maryland Upon Hire required
• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required.
