Candidate Qualifications

• MD/DO degree
• BE/BC in Nephrology
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship
• Candidates pursuing ABIM Pathway E are not eligible for this opportunity
• Active Indiana medical license or ability to obtain one
• Fellowship training in Interventional Nephrology with experience in dialysis vascular access procedures
• ASDIN certification preferred but not required.
