Local to market Outpatient Vascular Access Center is seeking a skilled Interventional Nephrologist to join our established and highly respected outpatient vascular center serving the South Bend/Mishawaka region. This is a full-time, outpatient-focused opportunity with no call and no weekends, offering an exceptional work-life balance.

Located along the St. Joseph River, South Bend is the fourth-largest city in Indiana and home to the University of Notre Dame. The region offers a unique blend of cultural vibrancy, strong economic footing, and abundant outdoor recreation.

Practice Highlights:

Established Center: 16+ years in operation with tenured and skilled clinical staffing
Setting: 100% ASC/OBL (Monday–Friday)
Facilities: 
         2 fully operational procedure rooms

Clinical Scope

Primary focus on ESRD-related vascular interventions, including:

Venography & angiography (AVF/AVG)
Arterial access and selective catheter placement
Dialysis access angioplasty, stenting
Thrombectomy, thrombolysis
Dialysis catheter placement, exchange, and repair
Infusion thrombolysis and vascular embolization

Additional Procedures May Include:

Percutaneous AVF (pAVF)
Port placement
Peritoneal dialysis (PD) catheter placement
