Nephrologist Opportunity – Southwest Phoenix, AZ
A well-established, two-physician nephrology practice in the Southwest Phoenix area is seeking a Nephrologist to join its growing team. This opportunity is open to both newly graduated fellows and experienced physicians.
The practice operates within a predominantly outpatient, boutique-style model that prioritizes continuity of care, physician autonomy, and an exceptional work–life balance. Physicians are valued as equal partners in a collaborative, transparent environment.

Qualifications:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology
- Current Arizona medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required
