Feeling like a small cog in the plethora of giant healthcare systems?  Here's an opportunity to join a community-based Nephrology private practice that has been a staple in southeastern Connecticut for over 40 years.  We are currently are composed of 4 nephrologists and 2 APRNs serving 1 hospital, 1 outpatient clinic and 2 dialysis units, looking to hire at least 2 more full time nephrologists.  We can offer flexibility in terms of work schedule and yearly salary which can be between 250k to 300K.  It really depends on how much you would like to work as well as your sense of work-life balance.  Nevertheless, all starting nephrologists will begin with at least 4 weeks of paid vacation, full coverage health insurance which include vision and dental, a yearly continuing-education stipend, work-related coverage for cellphone/internet bills, a yearly healthcare stipend, and the opportunity for partnership.  Part-time job applicants, H1B and J-1 waiver applicants can be consider on a case by case basis.

Requirements

Board certified MD/DO, Nephrology board certified / eligible, is eligible for a CT medical license, H1B and J-1 waiver candidate can be considered on a case by case basis
