We are seeking a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist to join our established and growing team.
Physicians are eligible to participate in NAT’s comprehensive benefits program, which includes:

- Reimbursement of certain professional dues and licensure expenses (subject to plan terms and NAT policies)

- Physicians are eligible for partnership consideration after two years of employment, offering the opportunity to become part of the ownership structure of the practice and contribute to its continued strategic direction and success
- Nephrology Associates of Tidewater supports qualified candidates requiring J-1 waiver sponsorship or H-1B visa sponsorship and has experience navigating the process
