- Schedule: 8a – 5p; Weekdays Only, No Call, No Holidays

This IN opportunity offers you the ability to work at an established OBL/ASC in beautiful South Bend, IN. Practice Highlights:
- Established Center: 16+ years in operation with tenured and skilled clinical staffing
- Setting: 100% ASC/OBL
- Facilities: 2 fully operational procedure rooms
- Volume: 8-10 PPD
- Support Staff: 3 RTs, 3 RNs, 1 DON, 1 FA, and 1 PSC
- EMR System: NexGen
Schedule:
- Schedule is flexible – Work as little or as much as you want with the option of a job share.
- Coverage Needs are Ongoing – Up to 20 days/month
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, clinic-based hours. Flexible schedule with option of 4 or 5 day rotations.
- No Call / No Weekends
Requirements
Clinical Scope:
Primary focus on ESRD-related vascular interventions, including:
- Venography & angiography (AVF/AVG)
- Arterial access and selective catheter placement
- Dialysis access angioplasty, stenting
- Thrombectomy, thrombolysis
- Dialysis catheter placement, exchange, and repair
- Infusion thrombolysis and vascular embolization
Additional Procedures May Include:
- Percutaneous AVF (pAVF)
- Port placement
- Peritoneal dialysis (PD) catheter placement
