•       100% Procedural Locums Work in an ASC (Outpatient Facility)

•       Coverage Needs are Ongoing and flexible scheduling is available: Up to 20 days/month needed 
•       Schedule: 8a – 5p; Weekdays Only, No Call, No Holidays

This IN opportunity offers you the ability to work at an established OBL/ASC in beautiful South Bend, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking for either ongoing 1099 work, or to take the next step in their career. Practice Highlights:

•       Established Center: 16+ years in operation with tenured and skilled clinical staffing
•       Setting: 100% ASC/OBL 
•       Facilities: 2 fully operational procedure rooms 
•       Volume: 8-10 PPD 
•       Support Staff: 3 RTs, 3 RNs, 1 DON, 1 FA, and 1 PSC
•       EMR System: NexGen

Schedule:

•       Schedule is flexible – Work as little or as much as you want with the option of a job share.
•       Coverage Needs are Ongoing – Up to 20 days/month
•       Schedule: Monday–Friday, clinic-based hours. Flexible schedule with option of 4 or 5 day rotations.
•       No Call / No Weekends

Requirements

Clinical Scope:

Primary focus on ESRD-related vascular interventions, including:

•       Venography & angiography (AVF/AVG)
•       Arterial access and selective catheter placement
•       Dialysis access angioplasty, stenting
•       Thrombectomy, thrombolysis
•       Dialysis catheter placement, exchange, and repair
•       Infusion thrombolysis and vascular embolization

Additional Procedures May Include:

•       Percutaneous AVF (pAVF)
•       Port placement
•       Peritoneal dialysis (PD) catheter placement
